- To develop infrastructure by constructing mini 10 Meters Shooting Ranges, (4 to 5 Nos. of Lanes), in Assam.
- To develop players by engaging school students, college students and differently abled persons in shooting sport.
- To generate employment in Assam by engaging the services of existing senior shooters of Assam as Beginner Level Shooting Coaches.
